Anchor points along an E track rail

The fitting locks into the slots of an E track rail, so the anchor point can be moved along the rail to suit each load instead of being fixed where the body happened to be drilled. A J-hook is hooked in and pulled taut, which makes it quick to move but means it wants a steady line of pull to stay seated. Keep within the 180 kg maximum load, and remember that a lashing is only as strong as the weakest part of strap, fitting and rail.
