Mudguard sheet metal 14 inch Universal width=225mm

Sheet metal mudguard 14 inch, 225 mm wide, for trailer

Universal sheet metal mudguard, 225 mm wide, for wheels with a 14” rim dimension. It is the only 14” guard in this family and the widest of the three; the other two are for 13” rims, at 175 mm (6569008) and 210 mm (6569004).

Fitting a universal mudguard

A mudguard keeps water, gravel and road dirt thrown up by the tyre off the load and off the traffic behind you. Universal means it is not made for one particular trailer, so the mounting is worked out on the vehicle: measure the wheel and the clearance above it first, and make sure the guard still clears the tyre when the suspension is fully compressed. Only width and rim dimension are listed here, so check the shape against your own wheel arch.
