A tow eye is used where the towing vehicle has a pin coupling rather than a ball, which is common on agricultural and site machinery.

How to choose

The standard decides the eye. DIN 40 mm and NATO 76.2 mm are not interchangeable, and the towing vehicle sets which one you need. Then match the drawbar tube diameter and the bolt size to the trailer.
