VALERYD supplies coupling dampers for braked trailers with an overrun brake.
The coupling damper is an important part of the overrun brake and helps to dampen the movement in the braking system when braking. Here you'll find our range of coupling dampers for trailers in several versions, with fast delivery from our own warehouse in Sweden.
How to choose the right coupling damper
Choosing the right coupling damper is mainly a matter of fit, braking system, fixing and the trailer's total weight. Always check the existing coupling damper, the overrun brake's model and any original part numbers before ordering.
How do I know the right size of coupling damper?
Measure the existing coupling damper and compare the length, fixing and design with the new part. Also check markings, part numbers or the specification in the vehicle manual. This reduces the risk of choosing a coupling damper that does not fit the overrun brake.
