The video below shows how to fit the trailer brake rod, rigging screw and equalizing yoke.
Note that the rigging screw is right-handed on one side and left-handed on the other side. You can then easily adjust and tension the brake operating lever so that it rests against the drawtube. Do not forget to lock the rigging screw by using lock nuts, one left-hand threaded nut and on right-hand threaded nut.
