Right of withdrawal — conditions
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer rights legislation.
How to use your right of withdrawal
- Notify us within 14 days that you wish to withdraw, e.g. via the form above or by email to info@valeryd.se. State your name, address, order number and which products the withdrawal concerns.
- Return the products to us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
- Return shipping is at your expense and you bear the risk for the products during transport. Pack carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
- Refund will be issued to the same payment method used at purchase, normally within 14 days of us receiving your notification — but no earlier than when we have received the products or you have provided proof of return shipment.
Reduction in value
You have the right to examine the products in the same way as in a physical store. If the products have been handled beyond what is necessary and have therefore decreased in value, we reserve the right to deduct the reduction in value from the refund.
Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to
- Products manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. custom-ordered spare parts, tailored covers, customer-unique kits)
- Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken
- Products which after delivery have been mixed with other products in such a way that they cannot be separated
