How to choose a rear light
Start with the functions the trailer needs and the mounting the old lamp used. Then check the connection. 129 of the lamps here use bayonet connectors, which plug straight into a matching loom without cutting or splicing. 72 come with a cable instead, for a trailer wired directly.
Left and right
80 lamps are made for the left side and 80 for the right, because the functions sit in a fixed order across the lamp. 52 are universal and fit either side. Check which you are replacing before ordering, since a left lamp in a right position puts the indicator on the wrong edge.
LED or bulb
100 of the rear lights are LED. LED lamps have no filament to fail from vibration. Bulb lamps allow the bulb itself to be replaced when it fails.
Rear lights
If only the lens is cracked it can often be replaced on its own, see spare lenses. For the rest of the lighting look at position lights, number plate lights and bayonet connectors. A light tester finds whether a fault sits in the lamp or the wiring. Replacement bulbs for lamps that still run filament bulbs are in light bulbs.
