Chocking an unhitched trailer

A chock pushed in against the tyre stops the trailer rolling once it is off the towball, which matters most on the slight slopes you do not notice until the trailer starts to move. The holder keeps the chock mounted on the trailer instead of loose in the load bed, so it is on hand rather than left at home. Push the chock in firmly against the tread before you unhitch, and use one at each end of the wheel where the ground falls away in both directions.
