A lifting eye bolt screws into a threaded hole and gives a lifting point on the load itself.
How to choose
Match the thread to the hole and the working load limit to the lift. The bolt has to seat fully against the surface, so the hole needs enough depth for the full thread. The rating applies to a straight pull.
